In September 2006 encapsulation and waterprofing of the crawl space of my home was supposed to be done for a charge of $14,900.00 The procedure was to remove debris, and to roll back the vapor barrier and some trenching was to be done. A vapor barrier was to be installed upon completion of the work so that there would be complete encapsulation of the crawl space.

Following this procedure, odor still persisted in coming into the house. In August 2009, PureAir Systems rectified sealing of all the proper, the water heater, and walls which were improperly sealed. All the wood was sealed and treated for mold, which had not been done. The odor has not recurred and we are very pleased with the result.
