The PureAir Spectra uses advanced UVC technology with the power to destroy all types of mold, bacteria, and viruses spread by your heating and air conditioning systems.  This dual lamp unit is installed at the AC coil.  Central South West Corp. Dallas, Texas installed these units in 1998 to destroy mold.  They were pleased to find out out the units greatly improved indoor air quality and the installation saved them 28% on their power bill.

Our Durafoam sealed crawl space system eliminates the need for the closed crawl space dirt liners as indicated in the above picture.  Too often with closed crawl space or dirt liners only, contractors ignore the fiberglass insulation and wood treatment, allowing contamination in the house.  With the sealed system we remove all the moldy fiberglass insulation.  then all the wood is treated for mold and the Durafoam sealed insulation is applied to all of the wood structures.  This completely separates the home from the crawl space eliminating the stack effect.  Finally, a professional dirt liner can be sealed to the base of the foundation walls and piers to separate the dirt from the crawl space and at this point the vents can be completely sealed. 

The crawl space is now completely sealed and has the best insulation available.
