We begin with a thorough whole house inspection. Testing samples can be collected by two methods; swabs or air-o-cell cassettes.

The swabs require a 4 day incubation and 6 day growth period. The advantage of swabs is that they are more specific as to the exact type of mold that was found, how much, and how toxic. Air-o-cell cassettes sample the air at any given time raising a possible red flag if the shear amount of mold or mold groups (toxic or otherwise) is elevated.
